Everything about what MOYU is, how it works, and where it’s headed.

Product · what it is

The product

Both, and the combination is the whole idea. MOYU is a complete property management system — front desk, reservations, folio and billing, rates, housekeeping, night audit — with an AI agent living inside the operational core. Because the agent has real access to that core rather than a chat window bolted on top, it can do the work, not just describe it.

It takes actions. The agent can move a room, adjust a rate, reply to a guest, sequence housekeeping, and post charges through the same validated engine your staff use. It will happily explain its reasoning too, but the point of MOYU is that a conversation ends in something actually happening in the system, not a suggestion you have to go execute yourself.

Within limits you set. You decide what the agent may handle autonomously — routine messages, small rate moves within a band, housekeeping timing — and what always needs a human. Anything outside those guardrails, or any decision that should be a person’s call, is escalated to your team rather than acted on quietly.

Yes. MOYU is multi-property from the ground up, with each hotel’s data fully isolated. Run a single boutique or a whole group from one account, with the agent operating per property under the guardrails you define for each.

It shows its work. Before each meaningful decision the agent lays out a step-by-step thinking trace — what it observed, the options it weighed, and why it landed where it did — then makes the call. You are never staring at a black box wondering what it did or why; the reasoning is right there to read, approve, or override.

Getting started

Onboarding & pricing

We migrate your rooms, rates, and calendar, connect your channels and door locks, and set the agent’s guardrails together with you. Then we run alongside your team so the handover is calm rather than a cutover cliff. Most properties are live within days, not weeks.

Yes. Room types, rate plans, seasonal rules, the forward calendar, and your guest records come across so you start on day one with your real setup, not an empty shell. We handle the import and check it with you before you go live, so nothing is guessed and nothing is lost.

Honestly, we’re in private beta and pricing is still settling as we onboard the first properties. Rather than post a number we’d have to walk back, we’ll share it directly during a demo once we understand your size and setup. No surprise line items, and nothing hidden.

MOYU is built to sit at the center of your stack, syncing OTA channels, door locks, and payment in real time so a booking on any channel updates availability, issues a key, and reaches the agent instantly. The exact list is expanding through the beta — tell us what you run today and we’ll confirm what’s connected and what’s on the way.

Security

Security & trust

Yes. Isolation is enforced at the database layer, not just in the application — every hotel’s records are scoped so one property can never read or touch another’s data. Multi-tenancy is a foundation we built in from the start, not a setting we hope stays switched on.

Carefully, and by design. All money is stored as integers, so there’s no floating-point drift and no silent rounding — folios, deposits, taxes, and settlements balance to the cent. Every posting is append-only and auditable: entries are never quietly edited or deleted, so the ledger always tells the truth.

The agent operates under the guardrails and permissions you set, and always within them. You decide what it may do autonomously and what requires a person, and every action it takes is attributed and recorded like any staff action. You can step in, reverse, or take the wheel at any time — the human is always in charge.

We’re early and honest about it: MOYU is in private beta, onboarding select properties. It’s being built in Indonesia, starting with independent hotels — the operators who feel every bit of manual work and stand to gain the most from an agent that actually runs the desk. If that’s you, we’d love to talk.
