MOYU is an early-stage company building the AI operating system for hospitality. We’re in private beta, built in Indonesia, and starting where the work is hardest — the independent front desk.
Walk into most hotels and you’ll find capable people spending their day feeding a computer — copying a booking from one screen to another, chasing a folio that won’t balance, reconciling the night by hand. The software waits. The staff work for it.
We think that’s backwards. Hospitality is about people and judgment; the operational plumbing underneath should mostly run itself. The reason it doesn’t is that hotel systems were built to store what already happened — filing cabinets with a login — not to act.
MOYU starts from the other end. We’re building a real property management system — front desk, reservations, folios, rates, housekeeping, the nightly close — and putting an AI agent inside it with genuine access to that core. Not a chatbot bolted on the side. An agent that can move a room, price a night, answer a guest, and post a charge, then ask a human only when it actually matters.
We’re early, and we’d rather say so. Today MOYU runs live at one property and onboards a small number more each month. The bet is simple: get the hard operational core right, let the agent live inside it, and the software starts running the hotel — so the people don’t have to.
They’re not posters on a wall. They’re the reasons we ship one thing well instead of ten things loudly.
Luxury is what’s removed. We’d rather cut a feature than clutter a screen — monochrome, spacious, and quiet on purpose. Every element earns its place or it goes.
We say what’s live and what’s coming, plainly. No invented customers, no borrowed logos, no roadmap dressed up as reality. If it’s beta, we call it beta.
We own the hard operational core — money to the cent, immutable audit, multi-property isolation, real-time state. Anyone can build the pretty part; we do the part that has to be right.
Mews-grade is the floor, never dev-grade. Interactions are considered, performance is felt, and details survive scrutiny. We build software people are glad to use every shift.
We’re a small, senior team that moves fast and holds a high bar. You’ll own real surface area from day one, work directly with the properties that run on MOYU, and ship things guests and staff actually touch.
